the staff were friendly, i guess (though i expect that as a baseline).
my room smelled distinctly smoky when i checked in. i booked it with my kids, so it was pretty unpleasant. they never cleaned it, so we just stayed in the smoky room.

The room was adequately comfortable and clean which met my basic requirements.
I encountered poor administrative organization. I booked a large room needing specific accessibility features. The hotel notified me just hours before check-in that the room was not accessible which was unacceptable timing. This greatly inconvenienced arrangements for my stay.

the location is convenient for heathrow airport. rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. fresh water was available in the room and i appreciated it. the staff were helpful.
i found a packet of sweets in the hotel shop and it cost nearly seven pounds. the food options were very limited and the chicken was pink. i think it was undercooked.
