the room was immaculate with a lovely bed. the restaurant's staff was attentive and kind. the car park made everything easier. the location was convenient, near transportation, which saved us time.

the hotel sits conveniently near kilburn park station. housekeeping performed excellent work for me.
the pool and sauna are not inside the hotel building. they are actually in a public gym outside the hotel. accessing the gym requires walking outside.

The hotel is near Kilburn Park station. Very convenient for travel, and the beds are comfy, as expected.
I had issues with the pool access, as the hotel shares a pool with a separate club. This was not clearly advertised, and I was turned away twice. This was annoying because their website showed rooms available, I seemed like they did not want to help, really.
