I found the staff friendly, ready to assist with any request i had. harry's bar and grill was a highlight. The food tasted amazing. the beautiful grounds offered a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation and leisurely walks.
i noticed the pool area was somewhat busy due to children's swimming slots.

the reception provided a very cute atmosphere upon arrival and the grounds looked beautiful.
the room was quite small for a beautiful king room, a point of concern. the walk-in shower felt tight, and the close proximity of soap and shampoo dispensers made them difficult to use. i found it hard to manage the dispensers efficiently because of this design flaw.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. i ate in the restaurant and the food tasted amazing. i'll definitely come back again. the breakfast and dinner teams were fast and efficient.
the building is hard to navigate, with seemingly endless stairs and corridors.

Harry's bar provided a fantastic three course dinner. It was delicious. the gluten free options were safe, understood by the staff, and the risk of cross contamination was well managed. the breakfast was also a good quality.

My room was lovely and always clean. it was nicely furnished, large enough and offered nice views. it also featured tea and coffee making facilities. I always had a hot drink. the bed slept very comfortably!

the hotel was nicely presented on the whole and i liked it's position outside the city. the grounds are fine, there are lovely nature walks near, and happy staff. it was exactly as i expected, away from the city!
