The location provided easy access to transportation hubs. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of selections, I did appreciate the convenience. I used the fitness center, it has modern equipment.

The room thermostat was difficult to adjust precisely. Slight variations in temperature were noticeable at times.

The hotel location allowed quick access to the city center within ten minutes. Breakfast included a waffle maker .

i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. A lovely chap named marios checked me in, he offered a voucher for a complimentary birthday drink at the hotel bar. The breakfast had a lovely selection of choices all cooked perfectly.

i was locked out of my room because the battery was dying, so the door would not open. i waited an hour and a half for someone to come and look at the problem. This was frustrating as all of my belongings were in the original room.

This location is near the arndale shopping centre. i noticed it is a short taxi ride to Co-op live. i also saw it is a reasonable walk to other attractions.

The cooked english breakfast was tasty (the waffle maker was a nice touch!). There was a good selection of cereal, fruit and yogurt available. The staff ensured i was given the best choices possible at breakfast.

Staff were attentive, from the front desk to the bar. diane explained everything, and discussed allergies and options. Jeanette, the chef, made a separate breakfast for my husband who is celiac.

the room was very clean the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful . breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options to choose from.

the car park was quite pricey at £25 per night i thought. there were some stains on the chair and footstool in my room. the tv quality was not great it looked fuzzy and not hd.
