i wanted a reasonably priced room for one night, and it delivered. the location was very convenient (easy access to everything). the breakfast offered a good continental selection and the room i booked matched the photos i saw online, which i appreciated.

the reception area felt a little bare, so it could benefit from a more inviting atmosphere.

the staff were friendly and efficient. they sorted out a minor issue very quickly. our room included clean towels. the hotel offers free parking . this made arrival and departure very easy. the breakfast included multiple options. i liked the fresh fruit and pastries available each morning.

the hot water pressure in the shower was a little low.

great location smooth check

the location was great for the promenade and the theatre. check in was smooth. staff were friendly and helpful.

the mattress wasn't the best quality. it was so soft that we both sunk into the middle. it was actually difficult to get out of bed.

mixed feelings about my stay

poor mattress detached curtains

the mattress quality was poor i reminded me of i was sinking. the curtains were detached from the rail in some areas. there was only one hand towel provided for two people and no bath mat was available.
