The room was clean and spacious , and I liked having a mini bar. The location was convenient , placing me near many points of interest. Valet parking was available , though there was a daily fee.
There were many restrictions with the TV in the room. I could not Smart cast or screen mirror, limiting. The pillows were too soft , and the mattress was too thin , which did not help with comfort. The hotel did not offer room service despite having a restaurant downstairs , a disappointing limitation.

the staff WAS wonderfully helpful. ray, who works at the bar, was particularly great. the manager was very accommodating and allowed an early check-in.
it seemed that they needed some maintenance! the pool required to be cleaner.

My room was in the new building. the staff promptly changed my room to the new building after my initial room was noisy. it was a superior king room. the location is very close to the beach. A short walk.
the cleaning lady forgot to replace towels once, that was the only issue.

there are many good dining options around the hotel with different price ranges. the hotel features a restaurant that broadcasts sports games. i noticed vending machines on each floor, this is very convenient.

the staff was helpful at all times. the staff was very accommodating and quick to assist when needed. the cleaning service is performed every day and is efficient.

the hotel is located 100m from the beach. muscle beach and beach volleyball are easily accessible. the hotel is near many stores and restaurants. you can easily walk to nearby attractions.

The room was spacious with a balcony. The checkin and checkout process was quick. Fresh towels WERE provided, which i liked.
The pool was unusable because of dirty water and bugs IN it. I was charged resort fees regardless of this. The sound isolation was poor and i could hear the hotel bar, a DEFINITE downside.
