Some rooms provide flat-screen televisions, streaming services, private bathrooms, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, terrace, patio, garden furniture, free toiletries, AM/FM alarm clock, and carpeted floor. The Grove Kitchen & Bar serves island flavors from sunrise to sunset, featuring fresh fruit salads, breakfast tacos, mimosas, ceviche, burgers, and tropical drinks. Signature drinks include the Blackberry Champagne Mule, Jameson Cold Brew, and PK Bellini. Breakfast includes The Grove Breakfast with eggs, breakfast potatoes, and a choice of bacon or chicken sausage. The menu has barbacoa nachos, coconut shrimp, and fresh ceviche. Leisure and Pools
The hotel features four swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens. The Grove Pool is the largest, near the Grove Kitchen and Bar. The Gallery Pool displays art. The Oasis Pool is set within tropical foliage, with service from the Grove Kitchen & Bar. The Sanctuary Pool is for adults only and includes a Book Nook. Guests can enjoy watersports rentals. The rooms were a nice size, I thought. The staff was wonderful.
The resort fee felt excessive. I was never offered poolside refreshments between 12pm and 4 pm. The Wi-Fi was very weak. I could not do much with it.

i appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the waterfront area. the pools were pristine with the perfect temperature. i found a bar and restaurant conveniently on the premises. the provided toiletries smelled amazing!!!
the resort's proximity to the highway meant some ambient noise, particularly near the entrance and first pool.

Great Find!
quiet locationfriendly front desklimited shuttle
I stayed off a main road , made everywhere easily accessible. Palm trees surrounded me, so I was like I was on an island. The location was quiet. Daniel at the front desk was very friendly and provided a room upgrade. Everything was top notch from start to finish.
I wish the shuttle service had been extended into the evening hours. The limited hours impacted flexibility when planning my evenings. Cab rides were affordable, though.

The staff were friendly and accommodating . Katherine and Kate at the pool bar was beaming and hospitable. I found the staff throughout the entire hotel to be helpful.

I did not eat at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on food quality. I noticed that the restaurant was very clean. Staff always seemed very attentive to customers seated for a meal. It always looked busy.

The rooms were very nice and clean and I was lucky to have two balconies. My room was quiet and private. The room upgrade. I had a great view.

I stayed in a lovely queen room with two queen beds facing the garden. it was really clean, which i always appreciate! the hotel offers a free shuttle to both the beach and duval street. It only took about seven minutes (it saved me money on taxis!).
the check-in experience was not good. i was not informed about all the resort fees and daily parking costs upfront. this lack of transparency was frustrating after a long journey.

The bed was comfy and the food tasted good. I noticed chickens roaming around, it was nice.
The welcome drink was a cheap champagne in a small plastic flute, I declined it. There was also a rude manager at check in, I did not like their attitude. The mojitos from the bar came in plastic cups, they cost almost forty dollars.
