the hotel was in a good location for getting to different places.

i was pretty disappointed with a few things. our room wasn't cleaned . they only took out the trash and gave us new towels, so the room got a bit smelly after a while. the breakfast was a real letdown as well. the omelets seemed old and i actually found a hair in my food one morning.

My kids loved the playground at this hotel. The breakfast had Mickey Mouse pancakes and lots of options for everyone. I am grateful for the breakfast menu and kids activities.

The hotel didn't clean our room daily and did not provide fresh towels in our four nights stay.

the breakfast setup proved chaotic, with loud music and inadequate management. i observed poor logistics, including a shortage of cutlery and limited seating. the practice of having a staff member serve proteins and waffles seemed unnecessary.
