the location was ideal. onsite parking was large and secure. i needed a room key to access the room for added security. i secure hotel as a solo traveler.
i found some debris on the carpet in the hallway. it was near my room and remained there . this detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent experience.

i had breakfast, and the staff were kind always! there were multiple breakfast options. also, there is a starbucks in the lobby. plenty of food options exist nearby because of the location at the mall.

the gym was well maintained. i used three treadmills and a stationary bike. there is a lovely outdoor pool to swim in when it is hot! the hotel provides shuttle services to and from the airport.

Absolutely Charmed by My Stay!

The front desk staff was cute and efficient. The proximity to various dining options, including a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on the first floor, was a convenient perk. The hotel offered a very secure parking area, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay.
I did notice some minor wear in the hallways, but it did not affect my room or my overall experience.

The hotel's direct access to the shopping mall was a big advantage. This allowed for convenient shopping and dining without needing a car. The secure, on-site parking made coming and going easy. It was also very close to many restaurants.

The fitness center was well-equipped and clean. It included several machines and free weights. The outdoor pool area featured plenty of lounge chairs and a towel service. There was also a business center that allowed me to print documents.

The shower head was faulty. It definitely needed some repair. There was also mold in the bathroom. I reported this at checkout, but i only received a refund of $25.00, an insult.

checking in was simple, a DREAM. i received complimentary drink vouchers because of my hotels.com silver status. the location inside the mall made shopping so easy.
the room needed better maintenance. some areas looked worn and dated, despite being generally clean. a deeper cleaning could help restore the rooms to their former GLORY.

The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall. This made accessing various stores and dining options easy. I also found the private gated parking quite convenient. It added a layer of security and ease to coming and going as needed.
The lack of valet service was a noticeable inconvenience, especially given the distance to the car park. I also observed some dust in the room, giving me concerns regarding cleanliness. This issue detracted from the overall quality.
