The shuttle service was punctual. my room had a well equipped kitchen. It even included a stove. the free breakfast offered several options. the staff seemed genuinely happy to help guests.
the in-room coffee maker didn't work so well.

The breakfast had many choices (especially the omelets!). the hotel had a bar area, and food was available for purchase. I tried the burger and enjoyed it. staff checked on guests during breakfast, which i thought was nice.

The airport shuttle service was very convenient, especially since i had an early flight. donald, the shuttle driver, offered helpful information about nearby stores, really considerate. every staff member i encountered was friendly. They all asked if i needed anything.

the room was spacious with a separate seating area and a swiveling tv. the shower had good water pressure and included soft towels. free parking was available and very convenient. i appreciated the proximity to the airport for my early morning departure.

my room had two queen beds and a sofa bed. the staff offered a great breakfast each morning. the hotel provided a complimentary airport shuttle and it saved time.
housekeeping was inconsistent of several days. they missed days and they seemed rushed. the pool was not heated as advertised and it was disappointing.

The room was a one-bedroom king suite with a sofa bed and kitchen. i really liked the kitchen. It had everything i needed. blackout blinds ensured good sleep. plus, there were plenty of outlets for charging all my devices!
i did notice that the coffee maker in the room seemed a bit cheap.

The check-in process went smoothly! It was fast and efficient.
The housekeeping service missed a day. When they did clean, they rushed and failed to restock items adequately. It gave the impression someone had eaten in the room while cleaning. Quite strange.
