The staff provided a warm welcome. Every staff member was helpful ensuring I had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a vast variety of fresh options (the selection of pastries was amazing). The room was amazing and comfortable offering a relaxing space after a long day.

The incidental hold on my credit card took longer than expected to be credited back. I did eventually receive it, but the delay caused some concern.

the room was bigger than i expected, a plus.

I had some issues with the shower. The temperature fluctuated constantly, never settling on a consistent temperature (a real first-world problem, i know). also, there were no mini bar snacks in the room, and surprisingly, they weren't available to order from room service either. i suppose i was expected to go downstairs and forage myself.
