The hotel restaurant offered fair prices and food of high quality. The staff provided excellent food and drink advice.
I noticed signs of wear and tear around the hotel. I also heard sounds from the corridor clearly. It affected my rest.

The room offered a comfortable stay because the soundproofing worked well. The space included a minibar and a bathtub. I found the amenities very convenient.
harry was kind and attentive to our needs. he even considered our special requests. jing bao, the room attendant, always kept our room super clean. i loved the peranakan heritage displayed in the room's interior deco. the antique cabinet housing the fridge was a lovely touch.
the hotel did not honour the promised points. they wanted proof of their welcome note. it seemed like they were accusing me of lying. i found this disappointing. we didn't get all the benefits.

The location provides direct access to a large shopping center, very convenient. i saw several restaurants in the area, a japanese, a chinese and an italian. this made dining very simple and accessible. It was very useful
