During my stay, I experienced a mix of excellent and disappointing aspects. While the hotel has stunning lagoon views and a well-maintained pool area, my room had numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues that marred the experience. The staff seemed indifferent at times, which was surprising given the otherwise nice ambiance and amenities. The value for money didn't quite meet my expectations.

The rooms were in need of attention, with dust and maintenance issues present. The mini fridge was restricted to being a minibar, and it was quite a hunt to find charging outlets.
