Check-in was fast. The room had good bedding, air conditioning, decent towels, and a tv. Morning staff was helpful, though some staff could be more cute. Free coffee is available near the reception (a nice touch).
The room lacked a desk or bureau and felt small. It was hard to walk around the bed easily. This room was really the strict minimum in size.

The staff was super helpful and very kind. Andrea was especially wonderful. free coffee and apple juice in the lobby was great, a real treat. my room was clean and it had just what i needed.
the lack of a fridge in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The location was really central. I walked to attractions in about thirty minutes. Toiletries were provide for me. Free coffee was available near the reception.
The hotel could be noisy. I heard other guests shouting and talking loudly in the corridors. Doors also slammed at all hours.
