I booked the garage. It was SO convenient! The staff were friendly and helpful. communication was very good. My room was nice and clean. People at the reception were helpful and kind!
There were dead mosquitoes smashed onto the wall. It, and it seemed like an ongoing issue.

The hotel has easy access to transportation and restaurants. The location is close to the center and transport, VERY convenient for getting around. A tram stop sits 300m away, providing good connections to the old town.

The reception service was excellent. The staff happily looked after our bags for a couple of hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they ensured I had a great stay. They offered VERY good communication.

Breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs and pain aux chocolate. There is a vending machine available if you need a quick snack or drink. A parking garage under the hotel was really ideal!

The room was nice and clean. I REALLY appreciated that. The room was large. There was a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious. The rooms were very comfortable!

the room was clean i noticed no stains anywhere the bed sheets felt new and comfortable the staff were always kind and helpful. i found the stable internet and network signal very useful for planning my outings. the breakfast offered a good variety and the dining area was comfortable with news updates available and an outdoor option to eat.
I noticed very little furniture in the room. There was only one chair for a four person room and no fridge provided , made storing drinks difficult.

breakfast included croissants coffee juice and sausages the dining area offered comfortable seating with the option to eat outdoors and stay updated with the latest news which was a great way to start the morning.

The room was clean. The location was acceptable.
There was no fridge in the room. The air conditioning was weak, so the room felt very hot. The neighborhood did not feel very safe. I felt uneasy walking around at night.
