The rooms feature a design exactly like in promotional images. The location is near a tram stop and metro station. I found several places for eating at a walking distance from there.
I did not receive dish detergent, a cloth, or a tea towel. It was quite impractical because I had to clean after myself, or pay 45€ for the mess. I went to reception to ask for the cleaning products but they never arrived.

the apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for meal preparation and an extended stay (i especially liked the microwave oven). parking was conveniently located right next to the building. a good breakfast was offered, and i found a pool was available . i also appreciated the luggage storage service for my belongings.
during my stay, i noticed a slight noise from the nearby dual carriageway, but it was mostly noticeable from the outside.

the rooms match the pictures online and include all necessary amenities. the room was also spacious and clean with nice decor. i had a great view of the surrounding area from my room (it was on a high floor).

public transportation, including both bus and tram, is located steps away. this provides direct routes to the city center, made getting around very easy. the pool area was clean and well kept .

the breakfast offered a good variety of options in the adjacent restaurant (especially fresh orange juice!). i found the breakfast area quite cozy and the staff were helpful in providing service. the variety of options was satisfactory.

i found the room very spacious and it offered a nice view. i had almost all the facilities i needed. the location is close to the bus stop seaside and cafes which i appreciated.
i found that there were no toiletries apart from handwash and shower gel. there was no conditioner or body lotion. the complimentary drinks were also not replaced throughout my stay.

The breakfast, located in an adjacent restaurant, was very good. The location is quite convenient and i felt very secure in the surrounding area. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had some nice views. Reception staff provided superb multilingual support and were friendly.

the room felt spacious with a double bed and a sofa bed.
the hotel did not provide a kettle, so i had to heat up water in the microwave. the pool area had a hazardous puddle near the shower entrance. the breakfast options were good but diversified throughout the week.
