The room was very clean. i appreciated the quiet air conditioning. I hardly noticed it at all. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.

Convenient Stay by the Harbour
convenient location friendly staff
The hotel's location was excellent, especially for exploring the harbour area and nearby restaurants. It was just a short walk to many dining options. My room featured a balcony, a nice place to enjoy the city view and some fresh air! The staff was also friendly and made check-in easy.
I found the elevator very small. It only accommodated one person at a time. This made getting to my room a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. I think a larger elevator would improve the hotel.

The breakfast included a good continental selection. the breakfast room staff provided great service and kept everything well stocked. The area has a lot of options too for dinner and is just a short walk.

My room had powerful shower with hot water and good water pressure. Made for very refreshing mornings. The air conditioning operated quietly, a detail that let me sleep undisturbed at night, though the area is naturally quiet.

superb location clean room easy walk port view
the location was amazing! i could walk to so many attractions from there. my room was a great size, and it was clean. being right in the port meant there was always something to see.
the pictures online made the hotel look grander than it was.

The hotel is right by the harbor. This provided constant activity and interesting views. attractions are within walking distance. It is a plus. the metro and bus stops nearby offer easy access to other parts of the city.

i appreciated the hotel's prime location near the harbor. it was easy to explore the waterfront and nearby attractions. the staff was generally helpful and responsive to my questions. i found the room to be adequately clean and well kept.
the elevator was quite small it could only fit one person with luggage

my comfort double room included air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature. the room also had a tv with cable channels i could watch. blackout curtains helped me sleep and there was a private bathroom with a shower.

the reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day and staff are available to assist with inquiries. daily housekeeping service maintained cleanliness . the staff offered assistance with directions it proved beneficial for navigating the area.
