Really good Stay in the City Center!

The location IS fantastic. I could easily walk to all the areas around the port. The staff were SO friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I REALLY appreciated the free hot drinks available 24 hours a day. That was a nice bonus!

The staff was helpful with directions. The free coffee and water were always available. I found the breakfast selection quite adequate, especially the fresh pastries. A luggage storage service was available after I checked out.
My room faced the street and I experienced some noise at NIGHT.

The hotel IS near many shops and restaurants. Public transportation was easily accessible. I found the area around the hotel quite convenient, though the parking was expensive!

the staff was helpful and friendly. the location is central and near many restaurants, which i appreciated. a handwritten note was in my room when i arrived. i also found they gave good advice about places to visit.
the room faced the street, and i experienced a lot of noise throughout the night. the breakfast options were a little limited. i hoped for a more extensive variety.
