The hotel is close to the Vieux Port. It took me only 7-8 minutes to walk there. Le Panier was also just around the corner. The reception staff were very kind, and they tried to meet my requests.
The room was not up to the standards I expect of a 4-star hotel. Everything was a bit worn and outdated. The bathroom needs some improvements. There were dirty walls and rust in places. I don't think the overall experience was worth the price.

The receptionist wasn't helpful. I asked about parking spots, and she told me to look it up online. i mean really, shouldn't they have some local knowledge? it just felt dismissive.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to the metro station, markets, bars, and a shopping mall.
I sent a message asking if the hotel had parking. I never received a response. There was no one available to assist us with our luggage. I inquired with a lady in the lobby about parking spots. She told me to look it up online! That was useful...

the gym was small it lacked some essential equipment i would expect from a hotel of this class the air conditioning in my room was not effective it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during the day and it was quite noisy at night the walls are not thick i could hear noise from neighboring rooms it was a bit disturbing i could hear people talking and tv sound
