this hotel is in a good location near the port. the staff was helpful storing my luggage before check-in. the air conditioning worked well.
My room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped. the sound isolation wasn't great as i could hear noise from the hallway. i also could not tilt the window.

The hotel had a really great location near the metro. I found it easy to get around. My room was nice and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My room was a bit small, and it was on the second floor. I noticed an unpleasant smell from the toilet. there was no refrigerator in the room.

the location was great. i found the staff friendly, especially the person at the counter during the evening. the breakfast had plenty of options, a nice surprise (the coffee machines were great!).
The room i stayed in felt a bit small. the noise from the street was noticeable. I could hear sounds quite clearly.

i found the front desk staff very helpful. they quickly booked a taxi to the airport for me. the staff offered good dinner recommendations (i really liked one in particular). i enjoyed the contemporary decoration in the lobby.
