i was greeted by the concierge upon arrival. they took care of my luggage and brought me to the elite desk for check-in.. i arrived early at around 09:30. at check-in, i received the highest level of customer service and was chosen for an upgrade to m club as a special promotion. my room was also upgraded to sea view. it was ready well before the official check-in time.
the breakfast options had great variety, but i felt we had to make a lot of efforts to get small things done .

the chefs in laventara, including santosh, faisal, and mohamoud, were very good too cater to my lactose intolerance every evening. the waitress in laventara, htun, greeted me daily with warmth and a smile. i am forever grateful for their hard work.

i want to express my gratitude to the staff for their helpfulness and professionalism throughout my stay. the front office supervisor, mr khalid, personally checked me in and arranged an upgrade to a suite. his dedication.

The staff was really kind and always willing to assist. our room was clean. It was a palm beautiful room king bed sofa bed, and the large balcony offered beautiful views. i liked the easy access to the beach. It was convenient for our family.
finding a sunbed by the pool in the afternoons was difficult due to limited availability.

The hotel offers direct beach access. This makes it simple to enjoy the sand and sea. the pool area includes ample seating, with comfortable loungers available for relaxation. the fitness center is well-equipped. I appreciated the variety of equipment offered.
