fresh fruitamazing host
The breakfast service was great (especially the fresh fruit selection!). The room was always clean upon my return from outings. They kindly upgraded me to a large family room. I found Laxmi to be an amazing host. She greeted me at breakfast and checked if I was comfortable.
The room and the kid's room were far apart, not ideal.

the breakfast was great. the team, including lakshmi, evelyn, tatiana, and alisha, were excellent. i stayed for three weeks and extended my stay.
i found no bathrobe in the room. the mini fridge was also empty. house cleaning was poor, i found hair and used tissue below my wash basin. my room leaked water on the floor in the bathroom.

i found the staff very helpful. the new swimming pool area was comfortable. the gym was open 24 hours. the location near the metro station was convenient. i appreciated having easy access to transportation . the hotel provided good value for the money i spent there.
i experienced some noise disturbances at night. i heard parties and occasional fights in nearby rooms.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. I found dishes from many backgrounds. all choices seemed very delicious and nutritious. laxmi greeted me warmly at breakfast and ensured my comfort.
the lobby front door is automatically rotating and it might cause issues.
