the gym had an ice bath option so that was a surprise
i had to wait twenty minutes for tea in the restaurant the staff seemed disorganized i had to pay at reception myself since no one paid attention

The hotel offers a dedicated elevator with pets. A reserved space for breakfast is available to pet owners. Staff members are cute and helpful. I appreciated the well-equipped gym facilities. The hotel provides good general amenities, including reliable WiFi.
The air conditioning in my initial room did not cool properly. The fan also produced significant noise. After I changed rooms, this problem was solved.

The breakfast included a good variety of options. The food quality was high and fresh. The dining area was clean, spacious, and well-kept. I found the staff in the dining area very efficient and friendly.

The housekeeping staff provided really good service. Aminul and Sagar were especially friendly and kind, doing a great job. Front desk staff were also available, responsive and helpful at all times. I received prompt assistance with all requests.

the breakfast was super, i liked the natural light in the room.
The air conditioning seemed to run constantly, my room felt very humid, and there was no way to air it out. The air was not drying. this made the room smell bad! it was annoying.

i found the design of the shower a problem. water leaked everywhere because of it. also, the placement of power points was really inconvenient, and there weren't enough of them. i really expected more attention to detail.

good varietymold smellac fan
the room was nice, and the breakfast offered a good variety.
My room had a strong smell of mold coming from the ac. i had the room changed, but the new room also had issues. The ac wasn't cooling well and made a lot of fan noise. the fan noise was too loud!
