Acceptable stay downtown
convenient location excellent cleanliness comfortable stay loud music insufficient sunbeds restaurant noise
The location was convenient. It allowed quick access to key attractions. I liked that Mr Umesh Saru maintained the room with excellent cleanliness. I found this.
I had some issues with noise. Loud music was audible at night. The sound came from a restaurant below the room. I also thought there were not enough sun beds at the swimming pool area.

the room had a couple of issues. the bathroom lacked privacy because the door didn't close properly. also, the minibar only had a kettle and some coffee sachets, disappointing

excellent housekeeping, great services
super clean room smooth process
the housekeeping was great. my room was spotlessly clean with fresh linens and towels provided daily. i always returned to a neatly organized and inviting space after a day of exploring. the front desk staff greeted me warmly. the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.
the air conditioning was very loud. basic amenities were in the room and both phones were broken. i had to walk down to the reception to ask for a toothbrush. the swimming pool area did not have enough sun beds.
