i appreciated the attentive service i found the breakfast selection substantial and the location convenient. i was able to easily walk to many attractions from the hotel. the hotel provided a cute atmosphere with a historic charm i enjoyed.
the gym equipment was a little dated.

The breakfast was good with many tasty options.
The room needed some remodeling. The bathroom fixtures showed rust and stains. My towels were fraying and had loose hanging strings. I was on the 5th floor and had essentially NO internet connection.

the hotel decor felt magical with christmas decorations. the staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with a forgotten charger. a welcome drink and a birthday treat in my room were nice touches. the bathroom had lovely underfloor heating after a bath.
The spa jets were not working. i asked the desk manager about spa robes. she said i was a '. 001 mistake' and had no bathrobe in my room. It felt quite insulting. the eggs were below average and the coffee was average.

The customer service was perfect. Staff were attentive. Our coordinator was fantastic and made sure the day was smooth and efficient. We checked in early, bags went to our room, and staff helped with hanging my dress. Our room was beautiful with décor, finishing touches, and complimentary fizz and chocolates.
The spa is a bit smaller than i expected. You cannot swim in the pool. the hot-tub is only warm and an authentic feel. A mini facelift would not hurt. There were a fair number of little additional costs too

Breakfast included many options. Waiters were very nice. They served food quickly and refilled wine glasses. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. A standout wedding cake was spectacularly flavored and presented.

The location is fantastic for exploring the city. The hotel is situated in a historical city center. Airport access by taxi is easy. Many sights are easily accessible by foot from the hotel.

Really good Stay!

I was thankful for the solid decor throughout the hotel. the christmas decoration was beautiful. It gave such a warm feeling. room cleaning was thorough, and i appreciated the added free water, even during our spa visit. the solid breakfast, served in an interesting cellar setting, was a great way to start the day.
I was disappointed with the parking situation. The hotel indicated it had a parking lot, but it seemed more like several places along garages. there was no separate area that belonged only to the hotel. finding a parking spot seemed like a lottery, and i ended up leaving the car on the sidewalk.
