the staff were very cute and helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection, and the team assisting at breakfast was lovely and attentive. i especially appreciated the chosen brand for the bathroom amenities.

the breakfast buffet presented a good selection and the staff provided efficient service. my room included an extra door past the entryway and this feature significantly reduced noise.
The hotel lacked a coffee machine in the room. Instead, it provided a plastic kettle and instant coffee sachets.

I appreciated the staff's amazing reception and help with luggage. They were super polite. the room was very spacious, and the complimentary cakes tasted delicious. cleanliness ranked among the best i have experienced.
the absence of a shower in the bathroom combined with the lack of a grab rail on the bath posed slight inconvenience.
