Fantastic stay!
great location clean hotel trolley area hot tub
The location is great. It is near the main trolley pick-up area and the marina. Restaurants and shops are very close. I noticed the hotel was clean. The pool area has a hot tub.

The room was quite spacious. It included an espresso machine (I really appreciated this). I had a king pool view room. The rooms are clean.

The pool area is fabulous and quiet. Free sunscreen is available on the deck. I could see that the policy about not saving chairs was enforced.

The bartenders at the pool area provided amazing service. They were very attentive. They even served drinks at the hot tub (a very nice touch!).

Mediocre stay. Issues with amenities
phone buttons broken hairdryer
the in-room coffee maker lacked instructions, frustrating. the telephone's touch buttons for reaching the desk and messages were also non-functional. a tv channel guide was absent, and the front desk couldn't provide assistance, a broken hairdryer was also present. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.
