I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right on Duval Street, making it super convenient for exploring Key West. However, the room left much to be desired; it was quite small and the noise from the surrounding area kept me from getting a good night's sleep. The service was generally good, but I encountered one staff member who was less than friendly. Overall, it had its charm but was not without its flaws.

The room was tiny and felt cramped, with barely any space to store my suitcase. The noise from outside was incredibly loud, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

Most staff were friendly and attentive, especially Maria from the breakfast team. However, one encounter with a staff member was quite abrupt, which was surprising given the rest of the service.

The location on Duval Street was perfect for accessing the nightlife and attractions of Key West, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
