Acceptable stay, but some issues noted
confusing check-in refurbishment needed
The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable.
The check-in process was really confusing. I had to check in at the castle up the road. They told me I was in the cottage, but it did not have my room number. I went back to the castle, and they finally told me the room was above the pub. The place needs some love.

amazing rooms near the train station!
spacious room beautiful grounds extra glasses
i was blown away! the rooms were so spacious and beautifully decorated. i asked for extra glasses and got them promptly. the grounds were so beautiful, i seemed like royalty!
the extra glasses i requested didn't belong to the room. i had to bring them back.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. They quickly provided a baby cot when we requested it. checkout was very easy with ian who was so lovely! i really appreciated their helpfulness.

Our room was spacious. It even included two bathrooms which was fabulous. the rooms were also well-decorated! the inn double room offered ample space for luggage and relaxation.

the hotel had beautiful grounds near a castle. we picked up keys from the castle adding an element of adventure to the experience! these facilities enhanced the overall experience.

the glen nevis restaurant nearby provided a great dining experience. the on-site pub provided a good dinner option too! the pub is located in the same building and is very convenient

The inn is very close to where i wanted to be, where we had dinner and souvenir shopping. the location is magical within nature. It is easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

the room was spacious i appreciated the big bed it was quite comfortable the bathroom had plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath the castle grounds are beautiful and quiet.

adequate stay
spacious room comfortable bed tired decor stiff mechanism
the room was spacious. it had a nice seating area. the bed was very comfortable. the room had plenty of light with lots of windows.
the decor and fittings seemed tired. they needed refurbishment, for example, the bath plug mechanism was really stiff. wallpaper was starting to curl at the corners in places.
