worn furniture moldy sealant
The location proved convenient for accessing local amenities.
I found the room showing signs of neglect. The walls needed repainting, and some of the furniture was worn. The bathroom required attention. I observed toothpaste splatters, and the sealant was moldy.

The location is convenient. Breakfast was tasty.
The service quality was not up to par. Young staff seemed unprofessional. We waited an unnecessarily long time before anyone asked about drinks.

modern en-suite helpful staff clean room short walk
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. the location was a short walk to the high street. our room was clean and well-equipped. I appreciated the modern en-suite bathroom. the breakfast was included. I enjoyed the french toast.
The room was a little too hot. I would have appreciated a fan.

neglected garden unfriendly staff
The hotel's garden was neglected. Tall grass grew, spoiling the exterior. The breakfast options felt too restrictive, offering limited choices. Requests for combinations were denied by an unfriendly staff member. Refills also seemed impossible. I found this rather uncompromising.
