Quiet Scottish Retreat

The staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was well received with a good selection of various food items. I enjoyed the varied options each morning. The breakfast service provided a good start to my day.
I wasn't happy that there were no parking spaces in the hotel car park. I arrived later in the day and the car park was full. I was forced to seek alternative parking solutions nearby.

i found the staff helpful. breakfast had gluten free options. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable.
i heard pipes groaning when anyone ran water. banging sounds occurred when toilets flushed. the fridge was not in a cupboard, so it made a constant hum.

a decent place to stay

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the beautiful suite i had was lovely. i loved the decor of the hotel (i'm keen on interior design).
i was not happy that there were no parking spaces in the hotel car park. i arrived later in the day, and the car park was full. i had to keep driving around until one came available or park anywhere i could.

The breakfast was quite good with many choices. i liked the pool and jacuzzi facilities. They seemed well maintained. the hotel location is good, a easy walk to the centre.
The staff did not give clear directions to the room. the shower had terrible water pressure. the lights outside were broken. That was a problem.

the breakfast WAS a good buffet. staff were really nice and HELPFUL. i used the swimming pool in the spa hotel, it was nice.
the shower were awful. i found large green mouldy patch on floor, it could easily BEEN cleaned. there wasnt shampoo, conditioner or shower gel on any of my visits either
