The room included a comfortable balcony overlooking the water. Breakfast offered a great full Scottish option alongside delicious kippers. I found easy access to bus routes just outside the hotel for trips.
The room felt slightly warm, so it was necessary to keep the balcony doors open.

The Wi-Fi signal was WEAK in certain areas of the hotel. This made it a little inconvenient for streaming.

The room was clean and spacious , with a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a good variety of options , including a full cooked breakfast. The staff were helpful. I also appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel.
The shower cubicle was a little small.
