I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location offers stunning views of the bay, the overall condition of the place is concerning. The rooms were not clean, and I found myself questioning the hygiene, especially in the bathroom. The service could have been better too, with staff seeming overwhelmed and unhelpful. It's a shame because with so much potential, this hotel could be great if it addressed these serious issues.
