My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating due to several issues with the room and the lack of effective customer service. While the room had a lot of space, it could really use a deep clean, and I was disappointed with how dirty certain areas were. Additionally, the overall staff attitude seemed off, making it difficult to resolve issues. However, I noticed some positive aspects like the pet-friendly policy and the comfortable beds, which could appeal to other travelers.
