adequate, but with a few hiccups
thin wallsmonotonous breakfast
The breakfast left much to be desired. seriously, it was the same thing every single morning. i get that it's free, but some variety wouldn't hurt, right? also, the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything my neighbors were up to. let's just say i got to know their tv habits pretty well. next time, i might bring earplugs... and maybe a white noise machine.

I was initially pleased with the location near the subway. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. however, the noise at night was significant (mostly from street music). i requested assistance, but the staff indicated they could not do anything and suggested headphones. the breakfast was also quite limited. The breakfast area was small, and the selection wasn't great.

The room was very clean daily. The staff was courteous! I especially appreciated Amy at the front desk. She was very professional. Hot breakfast options included eggs, sausage, and waffles!
The hotel parking spots fill up quickly, so parking elsewhere might be necessary.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby throughout the day. This is certainly a great perk . A microwave and ice machine are available for guest use near the reception area. A gym with modern equipment is also available.

The staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations! Amy provided excellent service and ensured all my needs were met. I found the chamber person to be really good. They maintained an immaculate room each day. The front desk staff answered promptly all my requests.

The hotel is close to Manhattan and Central Park! It is just a short subway ride to reach major attractions. The immediate area includes multiple dining options and convenience stores. The subway station is within a five-minute walk from the hotel.
