I have stayed here before. The accommodation was great and the service was good. Staff were warm and welcomed me with smiles. Staff could not do enough for me.
I found the kettle in the wardrobe so I set it up. There were no normal teabags, much to my disappointment. This meant no morning cup of tea for me.

the bath products were lovely i found lots of nice tea and coffee the bed was comfortable the facial at the spa was a real treat too i felt spoiled. the room has beautiful decor and a beautiful bathtub there was attention to detail.
access to the room was up a flight of stairs it was difficult taking luggage up the stairs

Really good Stay with a Stellar Team!

I found the bed to be a good size and very comfortable in my spacious room. Breakfast had a great selection (especially the pastries!). The staff provided a cot for the baby, convenient. I noticed lovely tartan touches throughout the decor.
The shower was a bit small, slightly difficult to move around.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome, and the restaurant staff were amazing. Everybody seemed happy in their rolewith a positive atmosphere.

The dinner was excellent. I had the beef cheek as a main course. Breakfast was prepared to order and promptly served, a detail I greatly appreciated. The breakfast selection provided many options. My friend and I found plenty to choose from. I definitely plan to return for more dining experiences.

The hotel boasts modern decor with pleasant amenities throughout the premises. The bar offered a great atmosphere, and the restaurant looked appealing (I hope to visit next time!). I found the hotel very comfortable and look forward to my next visit.

It is only a 20-minute walk to the city centre from the hotel. The hotel invested in new outdoor furniture and improved gardens (I noticed it!). Sitting outside was so nice, and this is one of the best outdoor areas in the area.

the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth.
the room heating did not work, i received two electric panel heaters as a solution. i did have the option for a room change, but i had unpacked already.
