the hotel was conveniently located near the event i attended. the facilities met my basic expectations.
the room service app failed to function, a recurring problem i understand has persisted for months. contacting the restaurant and reception proved equally futile, as my calls went unanswered, quite unacceptable.

the room was spacious and modern with a large bathroom. i also appreciated that the room included all necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and efficient, especially will. the restaurant provided great food options for both breakfast and dinner.

The room was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. It contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. there were ample towels provided in the bathroom, and the toiletries were of good quality. Both were replenished daily.
