“The Sandman Signature in Aberdeen certainly occupies a prime spot, a short walk to the shops, and its historic presence adds character to the city's architecture, furthermore the inclusion of Ishga spa treatments is an unexpected urban luxury; however, I've noted some maintenance concerns that I hope the hotel addresses. Its whisky lounge, 'Freedom an' Whisky,' sounds like a cozy retreat, and the pet-friendly policy is a genuine plus for some travelers, even so, for a supposedly 4 stars hotel the room aspect should be addressed. It's a mixed bag of delights and disappointments that I think they should take care of.”

The hotel room had a hospitality tray and a microwave. i appreciated the fridge and the large bathroom with an excellent shower. the beds were also very comfy. the location near the hm theatre was convenient. It was only a 5-minute walk!
the view from the bedroom window wasn't pretty, it overlooked the area around the hotel!

i found the room rather hot even with the heating turned off. the radiator seemed to be stuck on full blast. this meant sleeping with the windows open, not ideal because of street noise. sadly, that resulted in a restless night.

The car park filled up quickly one evening, so I had to park elsewhere.
