the location was convenient since it was in the city center.
The room was quite dusty. I noticed it immediately. also, the bar service was slow. I saw a couple wait a long time. it seemed understaffed for a busy time.

the room had character with period features and ironwork. i appreciated the split-level flooring and separate bath. i also enjoyed the well-stocked mini bar.
The floors were uneven. It could be problematic if someone suffers from vertigo.

The hotel sits right in the town center. It is super near many points of interest. it is just a quick walk to v&a, a pleasant stroll to the law, and close to shops and great restaurants.

The location was great, right next to the railway station. the room was comfortable with excellent toiletries. Bath gowns and slippers were also provided.
the bed was very uncomfortable, i struggled to sleep well. the receptionist was not particularly helpful, she did not ask anything about my stay or previous experiences.
