The staff was cute and provided tours and information about the spa. Every room has a good smell from diffusers. The location is fine, and the service was AMAZING!!! I found the experience really good from arrival to departure.
The spa lacked herbal tea. It is standard at similar five-star spas. The poolside floor wasn't as clean as expected.

The food in the 1892 restaurant was great. (I liked the atmosphere.)
The room was not good. The carpets were stained, and the curtains did not shut properly. The spa was also a big letdown. There were no towels available, and some facilities were out of order.

The kilted concierge greeted us and provided a complimentary whiskey at check-in. The experience was a blend of informality and luxury. Our room had a coffee machine and a large-screen TV. Breakfast offered especially nice continental options.
I noticed that the reception area lacked clear markings. A more cute presentation would be beneficial. The reception team seemed transactional and could improve their customer service skills.

The kilted concierge offered a welcome upon arrival. I received complimentary whiskey during check-in. The breakfast had many choices, especially the continental options. I also enjoyed a second quick trip to the spa.

The breakfast included delicious kippers! i appreciated them every morning after the first day. the location provided serenity and beauty. It was excellent.
the bar lacked atmosphere, i thought! the tables seemed low and chairs far apart. the floors felt sticky and not very clean.
