The building and site were amazing. The staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable, I found. There was good food with a very good selection at dinner.
I booked room service for breakfast with tea. The teapot was empty when breakfast arrived. I was very disappointed that the breakfast was cold and there was no toast with the Full English breakfast.

i paid for a privileged room. i was assigned a standard room. the room didn't offer much of a view. i could see a hill in front of it.

The building exhibited a beautiful setting. Gardens around the building was good. Free parking was available to all guests.
The room was too far. I had to walk through many corridors. The spa seemed like a municipal swimming pool and I saw too many children. The room cleanliness was mediocre.

the staff was polite in all areas. we ate in the hotel each evening and food was really good. spa facilities were also very good. overall, a very relaxing break.
the room was nice. the carpet needed a good clean as it wasn't hoovered in a while. there was a large wine stain next to the bed that needed dealt with. no hand towel was in the bathroom.
