the breakfast was very good. i ate at the bar, and my table was set up separately because i had my dog. the staff was willing to help in any way. everyone was friendly.
the room was cold during the night because the heat was off.

i really don't know where to begin. the walls were so thin , i could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. a tv volume dial in the toilet seemed utterly bizarre , and the room decor reminded me of a throwback to the 1980s.

Staff members are polite and ready to assist. The check-in and check-out times were very convenient. The events manager and staff provided really good support before and during a special celebration.

I enjoyed the comfortable room, it was well appointed. i slept very well. the bar staff was excellent. They made the evening quite enjoyable. the location made getting around very easy.
A cleaning cloth remained in the corridor for an extended period. This was a minor oversight.

The room provided ample space. It had sufficient room for luggage and movement. toiletries were well-stocked. There was plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits available for a comfortable stay, this was important.

my room was bigger than expected. the value for money was excellent. the breakfast was excellent (i especially liked the variety). the staff were polite.
the music from a wedding was quite loud and went on late into the evening. someone pulled the fire alarm later that night. everyone had to go outside into the cold at 3:30 am while the firemen checked the place (it was a false alarm).
