The beautiful double room included fresh fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits, and a real kettle. a large walk in shower and fluffy towels were also nice touches. i enjoyed eating in the skybar brassarie for two nights. The food tasted delicious. breakfast choices were amazing. staff were helpful.
the spa was closed, so i missed out on a treatment. i hope it's open next time. it was a bit disappointing.

The building work was extensive and started early. No warning about that. Contractors occupied much of the grounds, which I wanted to use. One dinner was a disaster because the chef ignored my instructions to the waiter.

The staff members were genuinely happy to assist. the food was also fantastic. The breakfast had a great choice of foods. i especially appreciated the fresh bottled milk in the fridge.
i booked a vegan afternoon tea for two and was a bit disappointed. it reminded me of not much effort was made with the vegan options.
