the room was clean and i felt safe. all staff were great. the receptionist was helpful and secured a taxi quickly when i was running late.
the air conditioning was not working, the room became very hot. a large fan was supplied, however it was quite noisy. i couldn't use it while sleeping.

I found connecting rooms quite useful for my family. The views from the room were lovely. The room itself was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the central location near various amenities.
I noticed a lack of hotel-owned parking. Public parking was available, but it added to the overall cost. This required extra planning.

the receptionists were super informative and quickly checked me into my pre-reserved room. breakfast was buffet-style, it had a wide selection of yummy options to start the day (i loved the pastries!). the breakfast team was also attentive and very helpful.
the peep hole had been covered by someone. no key card was used in the attempt to open my door. i was a little nervous about who may enter the building during the night.

the room i had was spacious (wow!), well-appointed, and meticulously clean, which i always appreciate. the double bed was really comfortable, and i loved having an en suite shower and bathroom. blackout curtains were an added bonus!

the hotel was tidy and comfy.
my room wasnt serviced at all , so no tea or coffee was replaced. they advertise room servicing as an option you can decline for a drinks voucher, but i wanted the service. i even requested them to replenish supplies before i left for dinner, but it wasnt done when i returned.
