I found the hotel very clean and the staff was quite friendly. The room provided a lovely view of the loch. Parking felt secure, a significant benefit when traveling with a motorcycle.
The room I stayed in felt a bit dated. Some areas was to need refurbishment! This detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The room had very comfortable armchairs along with comfortable beds! The windows open allowing fresh lake air. The heating radiators worked perfectly. The assortment of costume jewelry in the hall's showcases seemed very elegant.

the staff was really friendly and helpful. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and ample parking was available. i found the room to be light and airy. it had all necessary amenities.
the hotel felt slightly basic in some areas, but the value was still tremendous.

I visited for a birthday celebration and found the hotel clean. Staff provided excellent service, particularly Donna, Maggie, Adrianna and Georgianna in the restaurant. I requested a window table overlooking Loch Linnhe and staff fulfilled it. I found the room basic yet comfortable.
I noticed that the lounge area lacked warmth and atmosphere.
