The location was fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions. I found the staff helpful. They efficiently addressed my queries. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, enough for a solid workout. The room had two separate sinks, which I really liked, and a rainfall shower. The water pressure was excellent.
The elevators were often slow during peak times. It took a while to get up and down, though I managed.

The hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu, including vegetarian options and locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast service started at 6:30 AM, which I found convenient for early departures. The rooftop bar had a great ambiance and I enjoyed it!

the location was acceptable because times square was close.
the room was rather small, it was hard to open my suitcases. the air conditioning made a lot of noise, so i could not have it on through the night, this made the room very hot and stuffy. plus, the lifts were slow and seemed to always have a long queue.
