historical charm modern amenities
I appreciated the art displayed throughout the building. It was like a museum. the gym was a plus. It included several cardio machines and weights. although it was not huge. it was sufficient for a basic workout.

Really good stay at a renovated landmark
warm welcome good stay lobby bar authentic vibe
the staff extended a very warm welcome upon my late arrival after a tiring flight. joanna at the front desk ensured my stay was good, it was appreciated. my room was ready within minutes, i then enjoyed drinks and appetizers at the fabulous lobby bar. the vibe is authentic, it clearly stems from decades of artists who frequented this landmark.
The fitness center was somewhat limited. It featured only two treadmills, i feel the hotel could benefit from expanding the equipment, even though i recognize space might be a constraint.

the hotel is situated near multiple subway stations. this provides convenient access to various parts of the city. a comedy club next door offers evening entertainment, i found this to be a great addition.

the room was very clean and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful .
