The hotel is in an unbeatable location, just a stone's throw from Times Square, making it perfect for exploring the city. I found the room to be spacious and clean, which was a major plus. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly during checkout when I faced some issues. Despite that, the overall experience was pleasant, and I enjoyed my stay, although I can't fully recommend it due to the inconsistent service.
