Fantastic Stay Near Times Square!
excellent housekeepingfriendly staffsuperb location
The location was superb. I accessed the subway very easily. The hotel's proximity to Times Square was a major plus. Housekeeping was excellent. My room was super clean each day, and I especially liked that. The staff were also super friendly, from check-in to check-out, and provided a smooth experience.
The room was a bit small for the price. it had everything I needed.

I found the staff very helpful. Its location worked well for theater visits. Subway and bus lines were very close to the hotel. The hotel allowed easy exploration.
The boiler had issues . I could not take a warm shower after a long day. This was a big inconvenience after long days.
