great location simple trips friendly staff opaque glass weird smell plumbing issue
the location allowed simple trips to many places. big apple market existed in the same building. this was a great source for coffee and breakfast. i liked the proximity to theaters and shopping. the staff seemed kind and helpful.
the bathroom lacked total separation. opaque glass did not fully enclose it. there was a weird smell present in the room. i believe the plumbing may be responsible for this.

convenient location, clean rooms
good pressure friendly staff clean bathroom
i liked the proximity to many food options. the bathroom was clean. hot water and good water pressure were definite pluses. the staff was also very nice.
the bed cover was a fleece blanket between sheets. i would have preferred something different. the tea station was quite basic with minimal provisions. there was no kettle or even a cup.

Acceptable stay near Times Square
comfortable bed convenient location mold shower dirty towels
The location offered convenient access. It was close to a subway station. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
The shower walls had some mold. the towels were not very clean. Some towels had makeup stains. The shower curtain was short and water leaked around the toilet.

Fantastic Stay Near Times Square!
excellent housekeeping friendly staff superb location
The location was superb. I accessed the subway very easily. The hotel's proximity to Times Square was a major plus. Housekeeping was excellent. My room was super clean each day, and I especially liked that. The staff were also super friendly, from check-in to check-out, and provided a smooth experience.
The room was a bit small for the price. it had everything I needed.

helpful staff theater visit bus line
I found the staff very helpful. Its location worked well for theater visits. Subway and bus lines were very close to the hotel. The hotel allowed easy exploration.
The boiler had issues . I could not take a warm shower after a long day. This was a big inconvenience after long days.
