My room had a king bed. The television was large. A rooftop bar existed with views. The hotel provided quick valet service. Breakfast included fresh fruit. Staff offered prompt help when I requested it. The doormen were cute when I entered. They delivered mail to the hotel safely.
I noticed a destination fee on my bill. I found it was for services I did not fully use. The WiFi signal was weak, this was not good.

My Standard Queen Room included Lavazza coffee (i love it) and bottled water. The hotel offers celebrity props on display (very interesting to see).
The reception did not display much enthusiasm at arrival, it was a mechanical routine.

i appreciated the excellent location, it was close to times square. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. i felt secure because a room key was necessary to access floors. it was a relief the noise from outside the hotel did not bother me.
i found all gender restrooms in common area inconvenient. the rooms did not have mini fridge and no ice on floor. i had to call guest service each morning to get ice.

I was charmed by this hotel . the room was spacious and included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was also very nice. i liked the rooftop bar. It had amazing food and drinks!!!
the air conditioning unit was a little noisy, disturbing my sleep slightly.

the location was very convenient for exploring. rooms were super clean and well kept. the staff were friendly and helpful . i especially appreciated the attentive service at the rooftop bar, rt60, offering great views.
the soundproofing wasn't as effective as i hoped. i could hear street noise.
